Industry leading 888 Holdings Plc. has announced that it has sealed a deal with one of the UK’s leading bingo brands, Wink Bingo to the tune of £59.7 million ($96 million). Payment for the brand will entail an initial cash arrangement of £11.1 million, with the remainder of the money being paid out over time, based on the bingo group’s performance. This is considered to be one of the largest acquisition deals in the online gambling industry this year.

Daub Limited, owners of Wink Bingo said that the current customer base for the group is over 60,000 and constantly climbing. Sites in the Wink Bingo network include Posh Bingo, Bingo Fabulous and a host of others. These bingo rooms not only offer quality bingo games but also a wide range of casino games to keep players entertained and rewarded around the clock.
