Robbers Ambush Poker Game

There have been a lot of robberies taking place within the gambling industry recently. Casinos and high profile tournaments and events seem to have captured the attention of thieves.
There has been yet another robbery which has taken place. This robbery took place at a high-stakes poker game.
Robbers wearing bandanas in order to conceal their identities robbed the poker game and stole $15,000 and other items.
There was a 911 call put out from 11 Avalon Gardens Dr. in which the call resulted in a hang up. The cal; came in at 12:30 in the morning.
Nine men, one of them being the owner of the home, were holding a poker game and found themselves being ambushed by five men who were wearing bandanas and hooded shirts.
The men surrounded one of the players while he was outside to smoke a cigarette. The robber forced the man back into the house by gunpoint.
The robbers made off with $15,000, quite a bit of jewelry, and some other electronic devices.
Luckily, no one was injured during the robbery. Police are now investigating the robbery and looking into whether or not the robbers had any connection t the victims.
This is one more armed robbery to add to the list of gambling related robberies. However, most of the others have taken place in a casino setting. This armed robbery was unique in its own way due to the fact that it was a private home which became the target this time.
