PKR have announced the PKR Live event will be bigger and better than all its previous events – with an expected $180,000 in prizes to be win.

Following the success of its two previous events, the third PLR Live will pave way to a festivity of events in the three-day schedule, including a welcome party on Friday 20th and a $1000 buy in Main Event providing 150 players the chance to compete for the $40,000 prize. Indeed, Roy Houghton, Loose Cannon’s manager has dubbed it “poker’s friendliest live event.”

PKR Live will also feature the PKR Bounty tournament on day three; however this event will introduce a $200 buy-in with a pot worth over $30,000. The winner will also hold bragging rights for claiming a PKR Bounty scalp.

Produced and directors behind the event say it’s likely to sell out, with players and spectators honing in from all over the world to be a part of the festivities.
