It is not yet clear who the registered player that has the account with the user name of “zeurr” is. If the account is registered under the 17 year old, then this means that he had lied about his age during registration and he would be disqualified.

No matter whose name the account is actually under, Pokerstars has the right to deny the payment of the prize due to fraud.
