ACE TO 5 LOWBALL
Ace to Five Low Ball is a variation of 5 card draw with the objective being to get the lowest hand possible from 3 rounds of drawing. Blinds are used to force the action and each player is dealt five cards face down flowed by a betting round. All remaining players then have the option to discard and draw up to 5 cards to improve what they are holding before commencing the second betting round.
After the second round of betting players can draw again to improve their hands as before up to 5 cards can be exchanged. This again is followed by a further betting round and then one more chance to draw cards to make their final hand. After the 3rd betting round and final draw the fourth and final betting round commences followed by a showdown.
It’s important to remember the lowest hand is the winner, flushes and straights do NOT count and the lowest possible had known as the wheel is Ace-2-3-4-5 followed by Ace-2-3-4-6 Followed by 2-3-4-5-6. This is a fast paced exciting variation of poker that is a must try for anyone looking to enhance their overall poker ability.
